Preventative Maintenance Contracts

A thorough inspection of your system will be performed including:

• The refrigerant system is thoroughly checked with a 15 point inspection.
• The electrical system is thoroughly checked with a 7 point inspection.
• All voltage and amperage readings are recorded.
• Air cooled condensers are cleaned.
• Humidity systems are cleaned out and wet socks changed (if applicable).
• Any system improvements are documented and thoroughly explained to the customer
• Documentation is provided.

Instrument Calibration that is N.I.S.T. traceable

• All calibration instruments used by U.L.T. Services LLC are traceable through N.I.S.T. (National Institute of Standards and Technology).

Certificate of Calibration Compliance.

• A certificate of calibration compliance is provided with all Preventative Maintenance visits.
• The certificate will include the Model number, Serial number, Asset number or any Identification number required by the customer. All certificates can be customized to meet all of your quality needs.
• The certificate will show ambient conditions, actual readings and any deviations prior to the calibration.

Calibration Seal

• The equipment calibrated is labeled with a seal showing the date of the calibration and next due date, along with the name of the U.L.T. Services LLC technician who performed the calibration.

Preferred Customer Status

• Preferred customer status guarantees your service call will take priority over a non-contract customer.
